I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." [John 13:34-35]
How simple is that – just love one another! But sometimes we get so busy with our day-to-day activities that we fail to specifically show people that we love them. So today, pick someone and show them that you love them, and that you are a disciple of God. Just a simple act will do. Tell your spouse how proud of them you are; spend some time playing a game with your kids; or buy your friend a coffee and sit and chat with them. Concentrate on what it really means to be a disciple.

Today I got to have a great lunch break with my two boys and my beautiful wife. I told her how beautiful she is, which you can never tell your wife enough--right guys? :)
ReplyDeletealso got to spend some time at the hospital with Doug Robinson, a really nice man who goes to Harrison...is back in the hospital for the second time in two weeks after a surgery, and he really needed a nice pick-me-up! God is good...
I spent the whole day doing fun things for my girls - especially Kaylin - It is her birthday today! I also reminded my husband that he is a great husband, and a wonderful Daddy!
